thanks for this,
a small comment about the second bullet, I think the current practice was/is that liaison shouldn't be co-chair, we can emphasize that by a small edit:"As per practice, It would not be appropriate for the liaison to be considered for a permanent Chair or co-chair/vice- chair position".
