Dear Empowered Community Administration -

As of 1 January 2018, Paul Wilson is the Chair of the Number Resource
Organization,
and per our ASO interim Empowered Community procedures, he has been
appointed
as the ASO Representative to the Empowered Community Administration for
2018.
