Dear Ayden, all,

We've spoken to Comms and they are exploring all the options for an
effective push of the message to the wider community. All options are on
the table at this point, and they'll follow up. The general message in the
video is: we know the community hoped we'd be able to vote today, we
weren't able to vote today, but we have made significant progress, and have
an ambitious but achievable timeline that sees the DT meeting next week,
with a view to an email vote the week after. Further, the Bylaws say that
we the GNSO Council are the responsible body, and we're taking our
responsibilities seriously in progressing this important matter. I can
promise you that we did our best as a team to communicate this message on
camera, and I'm confident the end result will be consistent with our
discussions today.

Best,

H
