This historic structure was built in 1922 and has been called an icon of architecture, history and culture reflective of the Noble City of Puerto Rico. Today the entire first floor of the building houses the offices of the Ponce municipal government while the second floor is used as a premier event space showcasing Puerto Rico's culture.
