Dear Council colleagues,

I'm putting this message from Jen Gore re IRTP at the top of your inbox,
because we are finalising the agenda for our March Council meeting in San
Juan. If we have particular questions to ask of Jen and team, we need to
notify her in the next day or so and work the item into the agenda around
her availability.

As time (both staff and volunteers) is precious at a f2f meeting, please
let's not force our way into Jen's schedule if we don't have questions.
(I'm not discouraging questions, mind you - just making sure we utilise our
time as effectively as possible)

So: please notify by Wednesday if you have questions for Jen Gore and team.
