Subject: GNSO Council IGO INGO Curative Rights

Following a council webinar, I’d like to draw your attention on the IGO-INGO Access to Curative PDP, which is likely to be on the council agenda for a vote soon. Maybe that’s something we could talk about in Barcelona, if ISPCP members have concerns. Osvaldo has followed this I think, maybe others, it’s a long story.

There are two potential issues/questions.

- Whether process has been followed given the minority reports, and

- whether GAC advice has been duly considered (it’s clear it wasn’t followed)

I would personally say yes to both but haven’t read the minority reports in detail.

More details in the attachment.
