Dear GNSO Councilors,

During the GNSO Council Public Session Part I today, a remote participate (Paul Tattersfield) asked a question to the Council. Unfortunately, we ran out of time during the Open Mic section, so his question could not be read out. Staff hereby are forwarding the question from Paul below:

Paul Tattersfield: Please can I formally ask the GNSO to go back to Professor Swaine the International Law expert who wrote the report for the IGO/INGO working group and ask him to comment publicly on his report to the working group, as I believe he made a material error as a matter of fact.
