Hi Pam,

thanks for the comments.
Yes, that is the work plan that was proposed and put for review for EPDP
team.  we are following it for the time being.
I also thought that may be helpful to do so and use that table (but
focusing on temporary spec sections for now) to indicate progress. let me
give another try and see if I can tweak it.
for expectations to liaison, I will notify any possible delay to the
council in a timely manner. I may share more update later this week about
the first deliverable.
