We used it for a call this week and it worked very well and ICANN Staff were very good at showing us around some of the features

    Hello Julf,

Thank you for your question. We would advise downloading the desktop app as it covers all features, but the browser option is also available. Staff will be opening the calls with Zoom early to allow all to join ahead of time in order to feel comfortable. SOAC Support staff will also in addition, take a few minutes at the beginning of each Zoom call, to present the tool and features.

The GNSO Council meeting on the 18 April 2019 will still be run on the Adobe Connect room, but will shift to Zoom after that. If Councilors feel however that they would like a short session focused on Zoom only in order to be adequately prepared, staff will be more than happy to set one up.

    Kind regards,

    Nathalie

        Thanks, Nathalie!

Will there be a way to test browser compatibility with Zoom
        before first use?
