Dear Council Members,

Best wishes for 2019! I hope you all had a nice and relaxing break.

In preparation for the 2019 Strategic Planning Session (SPS), you should have been notified of your access to the google drive that contains the required preparation materials. In the updated agenda attached, you can find the documents that are expected to be reviewed prior to the SPS for each day. Note, some of these materials are still in development but will get posted as soon as available. We’ll make sure to mark these clearly with the label ‘NEW’. In case you are interested, you will also find included a folder with the materials from the 2018 SPS, but you are not required to review these materials.
