[council] Cancellation GNSO Council Informal prep session Tuesday 5 November 2019 19:30-20:00

I am confused, in my schedule the informal session is from 18.30 to 20hs. Are we canceling all? Do I have a bad calendar? Or we are just wrapping up at 19.30?
