If Councilors have any suggested changes, adds or deletes, please make sure
you are in SUGGESTION mode so that staff can track redline changes. You are
also welcome to make side-bar comments with questions or suggestions.

 

The comment proceeding closes 27 Nov. 2019 at 23:59 UTC. If you do have
changes, please make sure they are timely so that the full Council may
consider it prior to submission. Before the deadline, staff will confer with
Council leadership regarding the final draft and obtain approval for
submission.
