Dear Mary,

Effectively the answers say ' we took the money ' from the budget, and such an answer does not seem to be right. I really hope that total lack of figures in it does not mean that the person in charge does not know how much.

Please request the clarifications on the provided answer from Theresa Swinehart, with copy to Xavier Calvez:

1. Please provide us with the project ID numbers (identification of the project in the Budget) for the spendings related to the Evolution of ICANN’s Multistakeholder Model project.

2. Please provide the amount in US dollars ( quantifiable), spent as of 12SEP2019 for this project and the anticipated amount, in US dollars to be spent by the end of the FY (current ICANN's financial year), as figures, in thousands, with breakdown, where professional services are shown as separate numbers.

3.Please provide the anticipated amount in US dollars ( quantifiable), to be spent in the next FY (next ICANN's financial year), as  figures in thousands, with breakdown, where professional services are shown as separate numbers.

4.Please be aware that these clarifing questions are not questions for the webinar or public comments (for the avoidance of doubt), but the request form the GNSO Council member and answers are expected to be sent to the GNSO Council in the written form (e-mail).

P. S: I do believe that the ability to calculate the amount spent on a particular ICANN project is important for accountability and transparency.
