[council] ICANN67 - Constituency Sessions - Areas of interest from the Board

Hi Rafik:
Recall at SPS2020 we had a session where the Council's priorities were
ranked.

Looking at the Board's 2 areas of interest, I do believe some of those
topics would fit in their priority areas. Maybe it would be useful to
extract those 2 top of mind in our list as our focus topics and convey them
to the Board?
