Hello all

I think that in this version we miss an output from RySG once more (it was sent twice so far). 

We need to change this bit to include word operationally (technically means that something could be done on a networking and computer level, and does not refer to business operations or processes). 

So

(iv) The IGO Work Track shall consult with ICANN org and Contracted Parties to ensure that its draft final recommendations are technically feasible.
