Thank you Maxim,

I’ve updated our master copy with the proper graph of 20%. Honestly, that 20% is an arbitrary number to show that work had begun before it was placed “On-Hold.” Until this project restarts and the scope is redefined, we’ll need to redefine the baseline of the project.

Regarding the RPMs, I will ultimately defer to the Council Liaison and support staff. While the suggested update could probably be added, my understanding is the Status and Condition of the project will not be updated until the near-term milestone of launching the Initial Report for Public comment has been achieved. I’d suggest this be mentioned on the Council call tomorrow when we get to this project on reviewing the full Project List.

Thank you much for reviewing this prior to the call.

Hello Berry,

Please check page 6 of the March Project List

progress (as a progress bar is 0% and it should be 20% - at least it is so at the first page of the document for WPIAG).

Page 10, where the rationale for the conditions of RPMs are - there are words about PCR, and I think it

might worth mentioning that the request was accepted and date of effective approval, where no councillors objected,

like it is done for SubPro in page 11.

Sincerely Yours,

Dear All,

Please find attached the latest version of the GNSO Council’s Projects List. As noted on the agenda, the Council will spend a full hour reviewing each project in detail. Council members are encouraged to assess each project and come prepared with questions, comments and suggestions for change. In particular, please take time to scrutinize the Status and Condition codes to determine if they appropriately represent the overall health of the project.

Thank you.
