Dear councilors,

The GNSO Council Strategic Outlook trends session initially scheduled as a face-to-face session during ICANN67 has been replaced by a remote session taking place on Thursday 19 March 2020 at 21:30 UTC for 90 mins. Email and calendar invitations were sent out on the 6 March 2020.

In order to prepare for this session, please be sure to read the attached document.

Furthermore, please read the below:

How it will work: After a brief introduction, the participants will be split in breakout rooms in Zoom for brainstorming. Each breakout room will have a MSSI staff member as support. Each subgroup will discuss and agree on trends , and will collaborate on a shared Google document to record their inputs. Subgroups will present their top trends to the whole group and discussion may follow. Participants will collaborate on Google documents, anyone with the link will be able to access the documents.

Please let us know if you have any questions,

Kind regards,

Nathalie
