[council] ODP Presentation Slides

Hello Everyone: 

I saw the action item list from our last Council meeting where I am to send the ODP presentation slides to this list. Here they are. 

The slides were first created for the small team to outline the contents of the proposed GNSO Council comment to the ODP Draft Design Concept Paper <https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/gnso-odp-01oct20-en.pdf>  After getting feedback from the Small Team, the proposed comment and the slides were amended and then presented to the Council at our last meeting. 

For convenience, I have attached the proposed GNSO Council comment as well. This is the same draft that had been set to you earlier.
