Dear Councilors:

As a reminder, following the Council’s extraordinary meeting dedicated to work prioritization and the Action Decision Radar (ADR), Policy Support Staff took an action item to send out a call for volunteers for a small team of Council members to review the Charter<https://gnso.icann.org/sites/default/files/file/field-file-attach/draft-icann-procedure-whois-conflicts-iag-23jan18-en.pdf> for the WHOIS Conflicts Implementation Advisory Group. The Small Group was tasked with reviewing the Charter and providing the Council with a recommendation for next steps.

The small team of councilors agreed to a set of next steps, which is captured in this Google Doc proposal<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1V7zFndE8kenWLCRgGXijXiIpF8Qf7m-v586VQMDE1QY/edit>.
