[council] Council consideration of SAC114 - Call for volunteers

You will see in the draft minutes that Nathalie just circulated, that there is action item “to establish a drafting team to develop a response to the SAC114 and potentially propose other next steps.” On the call, Jeff and Maxim volunteered to support this effort (apologies if we might have missed any other Councilors that volunteered). If you would like to join the effort, please let us know by this Friday, 16 April.
