Program Suite for the meeting on 24 March 2021. Per the agenda, the Council
will not review these tools in detail. However, after your preliminary
review in advance of the meeting and should you find an area that you have
questions or parts that need clarification, please send your questions or

Key Structural Changes for this Period:

*	An ask from the last SPS was to better understand how all the
Program/Project tools work together. On the Program/Project Management

high-level description of the framework and a diagram that demonstrates the
parent-child relationship of Programs to Projects and how the work products
supporting both compliment the framework.
*	Each program suite wiki page now includes a high-level description
of the work product in addition to links of the latest work products.

 

Key Project Changes for this Period:

*	Transfer policy - Adoption of Charter
*	Status update on EPDP-P2A
*	Introduction to EPDP-P1 IRT Wave 1.5 report findings and what that
means for IRTs of PPSAI + T&T
*	ICANN Org briefing document on Registration Data Accuracy
*	Continued discussions on Framework on Continuous Improvement (ATRT3,
GNSO3 Review, etc.)
