[council] Upcoming SPS calls and GNSO Council meeting prep

Dear all,

A few reminders of calls and prep for the Council meeting this week:


  *   There are two SPS Breakout sessions scheduled 17 November 2021. All councilors have signed up via Doodle to one of either slot: 14:00 or 22:00 UTC. Please check you have the invitation in your calendar. If you are unsure which one you have chosen to attend, please ask gnso-secs at icann.org<mailto:gnso-secs at icann.org>
  *   The GNSO Council meeting is very soon afterwards, on the 18 November 2021 at 06:00 UTC. Please ensure you have this correct entry in your calendars.
  *   The GNSO Council agenda<https://community.icann.org/display/gnsocouncilmeetings/Final+Proposed+Agenda+2021-11-18> has been updated with the GNSO Review of the GAC Communique added to the Consent Agenda (the placeholder motion was submitted ahead of the Document and Motion deadline)
  *   There are no seconders on the three motions<https://community.icann.org/display/gnsocouncilmeetings/Motions+2021-11-18> submitted ahead of the Document and Motion deadline. Please check the motions page<https://community.icann.org/display/gnsocouncilmeetings/Motions+2021-11-18> and let Council know via the Council mailing list if you would like to second one or several.
  *   All documents mentioned on the Council agenda are listed on the Document wiki page<https://community.icann.org/display/gnsocouncilmeetings/Documents+2021-11-18> for easy referral.
