because not all mail messages sent to the list reach me and one of the options to check what was sent (updates to the agenda e.t.c.)

I just checked myself and as a matter of fact, those were posted last Tuesday with the version 13 of the agenda, https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=181305473&navigatingVersions=true, so those were available for us all to review.

Now the fact that this and agenda updates in general can go unnoticed to some of us is I agree in and of itself something we need to improve - we'll see how such changes may tracked automatically and notified to councilors individually or to the list if that doesn't lead to too many fyi notifications which people don't like either.

More on substance, I think with this discussion achieved what it was intended for and as mentioned during the call the small team will follow up with those elements.

Hello all,

I would suggest we ask ICANN staff to provide us with the materials of the future ICANN presentations (slides) for GNSO meetings at least one day in advance of GNSO Council meeting to avoid the situations like we had today where the valuable time was spent to read aloud the slides  instead of having a meaningful discussion.

I think such request would follow our SPS discussions about productivity and effectiveness.
