Please note the following correspondence regarding proposed modification for the Conflicts Procedure according to Council’s decision. Note in particular the concurrence within the convened team of volunteers and staff that it “would be beneficial to focus on the completion of the data processing agreements associated with the Expedited Policy Development Process (EPDP) on the Temporary Specification for gTLD Registration Data Phase 1 implementation work prior to further developing the WHOIS Conflicts Procedure.”
