I  trust this finds you well.

Thank you for your letter of July 25th regarding next steps on closed generics. The GNSO Council has no objections to Ms. Allgood serving in the facilitator role.

Mindful of the exchanges within the Council closed generics Small Team on this role, I would like to thank you and the Board for confirming in your letter the expectation of neutrality of all staff, including Ms. Allgood, in supporting the dialogue.


We will come back to you shortly on the size of the team that will participate. The GNSO Council is looking forward to starting the work with Melissa and our GAC and ALAC colleagues.
