Please see the following/attached letter from the Board on rec 12. Merely quoting Maarten's letter: the "Board approved the supplemental recommendation at its meeting on 24 February 2022, and directed the org to include it in the implementation work on the Phase 1 recommendations."

Thanks to those who took part in the direct discussions and exchanges with the Board and please convey Maarten's words of appreciation to those councilors who were involved in the discussions with Board members during their term(s) on this rec 12.
