Dear councilors,

This does not have to be in the form of a full agenda item proposal, simple comments and questions are equally welcome!

Council Leadership will meet in the next few days to finalize a draft agenda. You are welcome to add to the document<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FSNlAHTjbWAzKcfltI7SWwzXda1NtKxfQ2k-t0oiGr8/edit#heading=h.unjpfxy4jex9> via the comments feature.
