Thank you Sebastien for following up.

It is a little disappointing though that the program team did not
proactively think about the impact of 2 years of not running the program
and therefore a potential increase in demand.
Org and the community must constantly be innovating around volunteer
development and incentivizing. This is critical to sustain the
multistakeholder model.
