Yes, my understanding is indeed that it is intended to mean “in accordance with” the applicable procedure so maybe Sebastien, as the maker of the motion, could consider changing it to “in conformance with” to avoid any confusion?

Tomslin kindly pointed out that my earlier question was directed to the wrong thread.  The question relates to the Motion concerning the representative to the Empowered Community.  The language that is not clear is the use of the word “conform” in the section from the Motion pasted below.
