Please find the attached a letter with the decision made at the GNSO Council meeting on 20 October 2022 and the ensuing resolution published here.<https://gnso.icann.org/en/council/resolutions/2020-current#202210>

The Council confirmed the appointment of the GNSO Contracted Party House Vice Chair, currently Gregory DiBiase representing the GNSO as the Decisional Participant on the Empowered Community Administration until the end of his term at ICANN78.
