Dear Council Colleagues,

Please review the CSC Effectiveness Review Team final report, shared on this list immediately after ICANN 76.
The report was presented by Donna Austin during our ccNSO-GNSO bilateral in Cancun.

As has been done in the past, we are planning on having this final report on the Consent Agenda for our next meeting.
I look forward to your comments, by end of this week, should this be promoted to the full agenda.

Dear members of the GNSO Council,

Please find included the Final Report of the CSC Effectiveness Review Team. The team has concluded its work and is pleased to submit its Final Report for your consideration. The team is available to answer any queries you may have with respect to Final Report.

In accordance with the Template for Review, the Final Report and the recommendations contained in the Report will need to be adopted by both the ccNSO and GNSO Councils before they will be transmitted to the CSC and ICANN by the Councils.
