Regarding the Clarifying Statement, the small team had been advised that
there were changes to the section on RVCs and PICs that were advised by the
Board reps to the small team.  Susan - do you know what those changes
were?  (I don't see them readily in the two separate links that were sent.)

Separately, there is a typo in this sentence in the Clarifying Statement in
that the verb "creates" should be singular, i.e. "create".

"Recommendation 9.15: The GNSO Council confirms that this recommendation
does not require
any implementation nor creates any dependencies for the Next Round of the
New gTLD
Program."
