Hi Berry (or Steve?),

Thank you for the tool suite!

Could you please enlighten me on why the Diacritics topic was marked with
an explosive icon?
Is it an indication of its importance or emergency?

I also would suggest we tweak the wording of 'Issue Report' to 'study' to
align with what we agreed during Hamburg.
