It seems like the IDN EPDP Final Report
<https://mm.icann.org/pipermail/council/attachments/20231108/fcbce142/Phase1FinalReportontheInternationalizedDomainNamesExpeditedPolicyDevelopmentProcess-0001.pdf>was
not included in the Document wiki page, only hyperlinked in the Motions
page.
Can we include it in the Document wiki page and preferably hyperlink it in
the Agenda too for easier reference?
