Hi Steve,
Could you please forward by reply to the full Council the slide deck that
was presented to the GAC yesterday on the topic of Sub Pro?  This would
include the pages where Paul summarized positions of Council in relation to
the concerns raised by the GAC and likely to appear in the Communique.
