[council] Sub Pro - Council Liason to the IRT

[Anne ICANN]

Hi Sebastien et al - Will GNSO Council be voting on this Liason position to
the Sub Pro IRT?  I think both Susan and I have volunteered.  IRT meetings
apparently are starting May 16.
