[council] Motion to adopt the CCOICI SOI Recommendations

Hi all,

Kindly find attached the motion to adopt the Statement of Interest
recommendations proposed by the Council Committee for Overseeing and
Implementing Continuous Improvement.

As suggested in my previous email responding to Marie, this Motion is
exactly the same as the original one I submitted on 9 September.
