Dear councilors,

A reminder, here are the council sessions being held today.  Whether onsite or participating remotely, councilor presence is highly encouraged. Please join on time for sound checks and for the sessions to begin in a timely manner. Zoom access information will not be circulated on this list, please refer to your schedule <https://icann78.sched.com/>  on the ICANN78 website. Please note, certain sessions are considered mandatory attendance for seated councilors, and are marked as such.

Wednesday, 25 October

  *   09:00-10:00 – Joint session: ICANN Board & GNSO Council (All councilors)
  *   13:00-15:00- GNSO Council part 1 (All councilors) - will have in-session photo.
  *   15:15-15:45 – GNSO Council part 2 - Admin (All councilors) – seating of new councilors, voting of GNSO Chair and Vice-Chair selection. Please come prepared, will have group photo of new council 15:00 local time, in addition will have in-session photo.
