Thank you, Steve.

(1) Re the agenda for the Wrap-up and/or the November meeting, what do we
need to do to move the study on diacritics forward as agreed today in the
Council meeting?  (Mark is going to lead.)

(2) Re the agenda item for November related to Auction Proceeds and
Xavier's letter, we ran out of time this morning at the meeting with the
Board, but there is an update here in Hamburg tomorrow on the ICANN Grant
Program.  That session conflicts with the GNSO Council Wrap-Up but I plan
to attend the Grant Program session tomorrow afternoon at 1:15 pm anyway to
see what staff says about the ByLaws issue.  Regrets as I may not be
present for the WrapUp but I understand no formal notice is necessary since
I am NomCom Non-Voting.

(3) In the chart of liaisons - just a note my last name is misspelled. (no
biggy)
