[council] [Ext] Re: Motion to adopt the CCOICI SOI Recommendations

Hi all,

Upon the feedback I've received from several Councilors, it seems like
there's more work to be done on the motion than currently worded.
Therefore, I'd like to withdraw the motion and do some rework in the hope
of submitting it again for our October meeting.
