<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt">As you may recall, the GNSO Council was responsible for running an Expressions of Interest (EOI) process to identify and select Edmon Chung as chair for the EPDP on Internationalized Domain Names.
With Edmon having been appointed to the ICANN Board of Directors and taking up his seat at the upcoming AGM, he will step down as chair of the EPDP on IDNs.
