<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">On our vote, we discussed the best approach within leadership and we would like to offer the following. Our next council will include a discussion on this EPDP Phase
2A Final Report and the associated motion for which a proposed text is attached for your review and comments; we will then vote in October.
