with the variety of councilor locations for 2021 – 2021, it was the latter which had to prevail. Given the fact there are quite a few councilors in the EU time zones, early morning was preferred to middle of the night, which is what other councilors based
in other locations will unfortunately have to endure for a few meetings.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
