this group currently has a relatively small number of team members (three Councilors, the GNSO liaison to the GAC, and the ALAC liaison to the GNSO).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

response [gnso.icann.org]</a> to the Board that it is willing to pursue next steps on a facilitated dialogue, the expanded small group will work to provide suggestions to Council about how the proposed facilitated dialogue could be carried out, namely the conditions,
parameters, and methodology for the dialogue, including potential desired attributes for a facilitator. These small team suggestions are intended to form the basis for initial discussions with the GAC to identify a mutually agreeable foundation for the facilitated
