or new appointment of the GAC Liaison. My suggestion would be that we either continue to do that at the annual meeting or alternatively if for whatever reason you believe it should be prior to the annual meeting, then perhaps September 1<sup>st</sup> of each
year. I can endeavor to get my annual report to the Council at that time this year as that is much closer to what I was expecting.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
