would be that we either continue to do that at the annual meeting or alternatively if for whatever reason you believe it should be prior to the annual meeting, then perhaps September 1<sup>st</sup> of each year. I can endeavor to get my annual report to the
Council at that time this year as that is much closer to what I was expecting.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">With those inputs, leadership would like to suggest we follow what we have for councilors and add a limit of 4 years with a review every year, possibly more thorough than what we have been doing so far. The attached call
for candidates is intended to reflect this. An alternative would be to strictly follow a councilor’s mandate and have a 2 year term without review. The former (4 year), however, has our preference. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
