<p class="MsoNormal">Thanks Anne. The term SME was the one discussed at Council as was how the SMEs would be invited, how many, etc. SME was a way to rope on a broad array of people from GAC Topic Leads to the most interested and informed members at the C
level. We need to keep moving forward, not attempt to rewrite work already completed. Please let me know if this is your “hill to die on.” If so, let’s try to get some time with Council leadership ASAP. If not, let’s stay on track even if the acronyms aren’t

to invite GAC designated leaders and to invite the ALAC to send participants (Justine of course and maybe others). Obviously other SOs and ACs have access to participate in the Small Team Plus because any member of Council is free to join the small team at
any time.<o:p></o:p></p>
