As we reported at the SOAC Roundtable meeting on 29 September, ICANN org proposes the formation of a CIP-CCG to convene in December 2023, with the goal of developing a framework for implementation of ATRT3 Recommendation 3.6.<u></u><u></u></span></p><p><span style="color:black">We will be looking forward to having some representatives with familiarity with Organizational Reviews, but also representatives with knowledge of continuous improvement work outside of ICANN; those that can contribute new and innovative ideas for improving the effectiveness and the accountability of the different ICANN structures. There is the importance of striking a balance between representatives with deep ICANN experience, and those that bring new perspectives. <u></u><u></u></span></p><p><span style="color:black">Please see attached the <i>full letter to SOAC Leadership on CIP-CCG and Terms of Reference for a CIP-CCG</i> documents as discussed and reviewed. The next step is to proceed with this approach by the end of November as mentioned in the letter.
