to plan for implementation of the Third Accountability and Transparency Review (ATRT3) Recommendation 3.6, to evolve Organizational Reviews into a Continuous Improvement Program (CIP). As we reported at the SOAC Roundtable meeting on 29 September, ICANN org
proposes the formation of a CIP-CCG to convene in December 2023, with the goal of developing a framework for implementation of ATRT3 Recommendation 3.6.</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:rgb(207,203,196)"><u></u><u></u></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">We will be looking forward to having some representatives with familiarity with Organizational Reviews, but also representatives with knowledge of continuous improvement work outside
of ICANN; those that can contribute new and innovative ideas for improving the effectiveness and the accountability of the different ICANN structures. There is the importance of striking a balance between representatives with deep ICANN experience, and those
