one representative (with an optional secondary alternate) to join the Continuous Improvement Program Community Coordination Group (CIP-CCG). Appointees are expected to be identified
<b>by the end of November 2023</b>, with a view toward an initial meeting in December 2023. Please share your interest in participation with your structure’s leadership.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
